With Sydney as your coach…

… you get a fierce accountability partner committed to supporting you on your entrepreneurial journey! A coach with decades of corporate, not-for-profit, consulting, and entrepreneurial success. She’s now helping female entrepreneurs successfully move past challenges that may be preventing them from achieving their goals.

By integrating her business and coaching skills, Sydney's unique coaching model brings new perspectives to solopreneurs in a broad range of areas, including:

  • Clarity and focus to identify and reinforce your core values and your vision for your business so that business decisions, goal-setting, and prioritizing day-to-day action items become less stressful and more effective;
  • Creative-problem solving to help you find simple and usually free or low-cost ways to turn problems into opportunities; and
  • Professional and emotional support that's often lacking among female solopreneurs, but that is so important in navigating our unique challenges.

Sydney holds a Masters degree in City Planning and has certifications in Professional, Goal Success, and Christian Life Coaching. She has recently completed training led by Dr. Shirzad Chamine, author of the best-selling book, Positive Intelligence, on integrating the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science to the field of coaching. Sydney is also a fellow at The Bank of America Institute for Women's Entrepreneurship at Cornell University.

When not coaching, Sydney loves to write, read, listen to music, and engage with her awesome virtual tribe.

Check out what others have experienced through working with Sydney:

"Sydney understands that retirement planning requires a personal approach, which is unique and innovative. I love the idea that I don't need to have a lot of money, or be over 60, to start building a life I can enjoy now and later when I retire. Sydney helped me decide to do something I love that will provide me enough income to shape the life I design. It was simply what I was dreaming of and never dared or had the focus to embrace. We worked on a plan that suits my vision. She walked me through it with the highest professional standards and the result was that I was naturally brought to a place where decisions are easy to make and where I'm making real progress."  (I. Escobar)

"Sydney has helped me in so many ways. I've known since high school that I wanted to have my own business, and I tried out a lot of different ideas before landing on the right one. Working with Sydney I was able to build the confidence I needed to move forward with my business, gained valuable insights on dealing with various business challenges as well as how to juggle growing a business with working full-time and dealing with some challenging people in my life. I now have the confidence to recognize which things and people are healthy for me and which are toxic, which has made it much easier to make the changes I needed to make in order to bring the best of me to my business. Although I'm still working full-time, I plan to "retire" to grow my business full-time within 3 years (I'm only 33 now) AND I just submitted my first patent application for a new product I intend to bring to the market. Would I have gotten this far this quickly without Sydney's help? Maybe, but not nearly as likely." (N. Turner)
